'I got Toast Titanium recently to burn stuff on my MacBook. Though I have been an ardent Toast burning software fan from quite some time now, I was quite surprised with the new features. There is always so much more that this software has to offer. I can do everything from managing, editing and converting video and audio content from optical discs. The features that have been added post the Toast 11 Titanium era are astounding. And another advantage you cannot forget is the speed on offer. There is just so much more to gain with this software.'

'I was expecting some great writing speeds and performance from Toast Titanium and I was not disappointed. However, the added features were something that really got me. Applications such as Photoshop Elements, Fotomagic, Get Backup Pro, Disc Cover etc. enhance the whole experience of using this software. There is so much you can do with Toast Titanium. The burning ability for CDs and DVDs came as no surprise. On the other hand, even Blue-Ray disks can be burnt at lightning fast speeds on this software. This quick access to high quality is something that really impressed me about the latest version of the software.'

'I started using Toast 11 at the beginning which was obviously the cheaper option. However, it made me feel a bit restricted and this forced me to switch to Toast Titanium. Though this transition came at quite a hefty price, the quality made up for it. Again, the new interface is something that really took me by surprise. It is faster, more stable and of course, much better to look it. In fact, it is much in keeping with the Apple quality and style. They have truly taken a lot of trouble to optimize the experience of the many users who rely on the software.'

'The very first thing that struck me about Toast Titanium was its stunning interface. It is attractive, no doubt. But this is not all there is to the software. It is also really quick and easy to use. Again, since I had never used this product before, I really needed a heads-up before I could start mastering it. The video tutorial more than took care of this aspect. The very first time you launch the application, you are directed straight to the tutorial that makes life much easier. The tutorial makes sure to cover every nuance of the application.'

'For me, the best software is that which is not just fast and steady but also extremely easy to use. Toast Titanium assistant for quick CD and DVD burning is just what I am talking about. This function makes things quick and direct reducing the requirement for any mental effort. Again, if doubts do crop up, there is always the video tutorial to fall back upon. Though it may take you some time to navigate to the topic you are looking for, it is much easier than any other software I have used. Convenience and quality is what this product is all about.'

'From all the burning software I have used thus far, Toast Titanium is the most comprehensive and complete burning studio I have come across. Even before you burn videos, the software gives you the option to encode them into a format suitable to your OS. Other functions such as scaling and rescaling are also quite easy to carry out. This helps you fit the content to the exact size of your disc. Again, if you are looking to burn to multiple drives, the software also allows you to burn two copies of the CD or DVD. This helps if you have an internal and external burner.'

'One of the most striking features about Toast Titanium is that the company has actually looked to improve on the flaws of the previous version. Configuration was an absolute nightmare with countless pop-ups complicating matters to no end. However, Toast Titanium is more functional and keeps the complete process of configuration limited to a single screen. So you can kiss all those annoying pop ups goodbye. I had a few doubts during the configuration process but the video tutorial had everything I could ask for. The other features are an icing on the cake.'

'I discovered some real cool features with Toast Titanium once I got comfortable with the new interface. One of them is the custom video profile. This feature can be configured once and for all and then re-used. Another great feature I discovered with this software is the scheduled conversions option. This is a real saver as it allows me to create a cue of videos I need to convert and set it to automatically do its job. This way, I can leave it to run at night without worrying about anything. This also comes in handy if you are looking to reduce usage.'

'I am truly pleased with the various online features Toast Titanium is packed with. From Video, You Tube as well as Facebook, the software is a real boon. Again, it also makes it much easier to organize my content and data. However, I only wish that it allows me to integrate the software with applications such as Picasa, iDisk and MobileMe. This would make the job much easier for me. However, all the advantages provided by the software make up for all the missing elements. Sure there is scope for improvement but all in all, I am quite happy with the software.'

'Toast Titanium is an invaluable collection to all the digital applications that go with the Mac. Though the Pro version cost me a bit extra, it was totally worth the bargain considering the features on offer. The Blue-Ray disc authoring option is something I really enjoy since it lets me organism my Blue-Ray discs much better. I started using the software without going through the tutorial and had a few troubles since the interface was a bit different. However, once I referred to the video tutorial, things sorted themselves out pretty quick and I can now use the software without any hassles.'
